Carmen Cromwell is the CEO of pulse and ordained as Distinctive Deacon with a passion for Children and Families ministries. She has many years experience in children's ministry, she also has a few years experience in primary school settings working as a Teaching Assistant and when she had her children registered as a childminder in early years care. Carmen is married to Rob who is a curate in the CofE and they have two children Toby (8) and Libby (6).

Carmen has a passion for seeing children come to know God in a real and personal way and wants to help resource the church for this mission. She loves looking at difficult Bible topics and trying to make them accessible to children and young people.

Lizzy is the founder of EDGE - Every Day God Encounters, an online community for girls and women and the author of "Created in God's Image: How He Views Us".

Lizzy lives in Yorkshire with her parents and dog, Ernie. She loves being creative with words and sharing the stories of what God has done in her life.

James has just finished a Master's Degree in Theology at Trinity College Bristol with his final year research project looking at the Book of Judges. He has been involved in children's and youth ministry for the past decade and has a real passion for getting young people to engage with the Bible. Over this time, he has produced various resources and run a couple of courses which sought to offer an overview of the biblical narrative.

Over lockdown, he also published his first book - Glory to Glory. This is a resource that seeks to take the reader through this biblical narrative over 40 days as well as offering various contextual information to help the reader better engage with the Bible.
