Carmen Cromwell

Born in South Africa, Carmen moved to the UK as a child and now lives with her husband, Rob, their two young children, and their lively working cocker spaniels. When she’s not juggling family life, work and ministry, she loves getting creative, diving into all things Marvel, and sharing good food with friends.

Carmen is deeply passionate about helping children encounter Jesus and ensuring they are fully included in the life of the church. With over 14 years of experience in children’s and youth ministry, she has also worked in primary education as both a Special Educational Needs (SEN) teaching assistant and a childminder. Currently training as a Deacon in the Church of England, she is set to be ordained in June 2025—a step that she sees as further equipping her work with Pulse Ministries and the wider church in championing children’s ministry.
