Carmen Cromwell

Carmen Cromwell is the CEO of pulse and also an ordinand in the CofE training as a Distinctive Deacon with a focus on Children and Families ministries. She has many years experience in children's ministry, she also has a few years experience in primary school settings working as a Teaching Assistant and when she had her children registered as a childminder in early years care. Carmen is married to Rob who is a curate in the CofE and they have two children Toby (6) and Libby (5). 

Carmen has a passion for seeing children come to know God in a real and personal way and wants to help resource the church for this mission. She loves looking at difficult Bible topics and trying to make them accessible to children and young people.
