Join Traveling Team
As part of our vision we want to train and equip you in children's ministry where you are. One of the ways we can do this is by letting you join us on the road with our traveling team!
You would join us for our events across the UK, including Holiday Clubs, Church weekends away and more. This is a great opportunity for you to learn new skills and see what other churches are doing. Pulse would let you know of future event dates coming up and if you are available, you can book in to come. There is no need to be available for all the events but you choose how often you would like to join in.
At each mission you will:
- Receive the briefing and training you will need for that event
- Be helping put up & pack down the event
- Building relationships with and encouraging the local church team
- Delivering teaching to children, young people & adults with the support of the Pulse team
- Leading craft/game sessions with the support of the Pulse team
- There are also opportunities to get involved with other areas including: Film and photography, sound, visuals and lighting, social media and advertising, administration and so much more!
To apply for this scheme you need to:
- Be willing to undergo safe recruitment process including a DBS check
- Be willing to attend training sessions before the event over zoom
- Be over 18 years of age
- Have a christian faith
Pulse would supply:
- All resources and training needed for the event
- References for future roles or courses
- All expenses involved in attending the event will be paid for
