Administrator
I have been involved with Pulse since the very beginning, helping to set them up in the very early days and being a part of many holiday clubs. In recent years I have been working alongside Pulse providing admin support and safe recruitment.
My day job is working as an administrator for a large church in the heart of Cardiff where I also volunteer with the children’s programme.
In what remains of my spare time, I enjoy baking and have quite a passion for cake decorating.

Carmen Cromwell
CEO
Carmen was born in South Africa and moved to the UK as a child. She is married to Rob, and they have two young children and two working cocker spaniels to keep them on their toes!
Carmen is passionate about seeing children meet with Jesus and being included as full members of the church. In her (limited) spare time she enjoys being creative, all things Marvel, and spending time with friends over a good meal.
